About the role
You'll lead content production for the Facebook page (and expand to Instagram / TikTok when ready), reply to traveller inbox messages, track engagement, and propose content that matches Lonature's Live Green — Travel Green voice.
Core responsibilities
- Plan a weekly content calendar (3–5 posts/week): captions, photos and Reels for the Lonature Facebook page (extending to Instagram and TikTok when ready).
- Reply to inbox messages from travellers asking about tours, using the Lonature template, and hand qualified leads over to the operations team.
- Track engagement via Meta Business Suite, adjust posting time and content based on data.
- Edit photos and short clips directly on TikTok / CapCut — no professional software required.
- Coordinate with the Yok Đôn tour team to gather real assets — on-the-ground photos, trip storylines.
- Propose and run small boost budgets (1–3M VND/month) on key posts.
Requirements
- Currently based in Ho Chi Minh City (occasional in-person meetings with the Lonature team).
- Vietnamese: write captions that feel natural and emotional — no marketing clichés.

- Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Page Insights, and the difference between reach / engagement / conversion.
- Aesthetic instinct for slow travel, eco-tourism, sustainable living.
- Hands-on with TikTok and CapCut editing.
- Self-directed — you plan your own content cycle, no micromanagement.
